Mental Health Awareness: Online CPD
A short, accessible starting point for understanding mental health at work.
Mental health awareness training is a specialist subject, and the right level of training depends on your role, your organisation’s needs, and what you already know. This online CPD course is an accessible, self-paced introduction. It suits anyone who wants to build a foundational understanding of mental health, without committing to a full or half day of classroom-based training.
It covers the core concepts that underpin all of our more in-depth mental health training: what mental health and mental ill-health mean, common conditions and their signs, the impact of stress, and practical ways to support your own wellbeing and that of colleagues.
Where this course sits in our mental health provision: if your organisation needs a regulated qualification, recognised on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) and backed by formal assessment, our QNUK Level 1 Award in Mental Health Awareness (RQF) is the right course. This online CPD course is a lighter-touch option. It works well as an introduction before progressing to a regulated qualification, as a refresher between qualifications, or where your immediate need is broad, low-cost awareness across a large team.
