Chris Garland Training collects and uses personal information about course attendees, clients, staff and others who come into contact with us. We take the lawful and correct treatment of that information seriously and comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 (as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025).

We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office. Our registration number is Z3457831.

Our approach

We process personal data fairly and lawfully, only for specified purposes, and only to the extent needed for our operational and legal requirements. We keep information accurate, retain it only for as long as necessary, and protect it with appropriate technical and organisational measures.
