Anti-Harassment and Bullying | E-Learning
Every employee deserves a workplace free from harassment and bullying. Training is how you build one.
An anti-harassment and bullying policy on its own does not change behaviour. What changes behaviour is staff who genuinely understand what harassment and bullying mean, where the boundaries lie, and what to do when those boundaries are crossed. Without that understanding, a policy is just a document.
This CPD-approved online course supports your organisation’s commitment to a dignified and respectful working environment by giving every employee a clear, practical grounding in what your anti-harassment and bullying policy means in practice. It covers the commitments that underpin a robust policy, the legal and behavioural distinction between harassment and bullying, and the steps available when either occurs, inside or outside the workplace.
Read alongside the Understanding Sexual Harassment in the Workplace course and the Equality, Diversity and Discrimination course, this module forms part of a complete workplace dignity and respect training programme.
