Level 2 Award in Understanding and Applying COSHH Principles | E-Learning
COSHH compliance is a legal duty. This qualification gives employees and managers the knowledge to meet it.
The Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002 (COSHH) require employers to prevent or adequately control exposure to substances that may harm the health of employees. This is one of the most widely applicable sets of regulations in UK health and safety law, covering sectors from cleaning and catering to manufacturing, healthcare, construction and laboratories.
Meeting the COSHH duty requires more than having a folder of safety data sheets. It requires employees who understand the risks presented by the substances they work with, and managers who can assess those risks and implement appropriate controls. This Ofqual-accredited Level 2 qualification provides exactly that understanding.
