Forestry and Arboriculture Training Fund Courses

If you live or work in England, you can apply for funding to cover the full cost of short, practical training courses from the Forestry Commission. The Training Fund courses that we offer can be found below.

Funding is available for people considering a change of career, or seeking to build and diversify their skills in forestry and arboriculture skills and who want to undertake a forestry-related or arboriculture-related training course.

July 2024: We’re pleased to advise that the grant funding scheme has reopened this month to funding applications. This means that the three courses offered below may be paid for by the Forestry Commissions grant scheme. Use the links above to complete your grant application.

Online/Classroom: Some of our courses have online pre-leaning to undertake before the classroom session. When there is a combination of Online and Classroom hours, the online learning must be completed before the classroom session (i.e. pre-learning). Classroom hours include for lunch & coffee breaks.
