We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or for as long as the law or our Awarding Organisations require (for example certificate records). When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymise it securely.

You also have the right to make a data-protection complaint. We will acknowledge complaints within 30 days.
