• When you undertake a training course, it is important that the training provider is able to identify each candidate uniquely. We may also need to contact you after you have completed this course. (e.g. issuing your training certificate, for quality assurance purposes, or for incident investigation.)

Data retention:

• You data is stored for the lifetime of your qualification, plus 2 years. This allows Chris Garland Training (and where relevant, the Awarding Organisation) to provide you with evidence of your attainments in the future.
• After this time your data is securely destroyed. If your qualification does not expire, this may mean we keep your data indefinitely.
• You have a number of rights in relation to your data, including the right of access, to request an amendment and to restrict processing.

Permissions:

All or part of the delivery of the qualification and your assessment may be video recorded for the purposes of;

• Assessment moderation.
• Internal & external quality assurance.
• Training standardisation.

Where you are undertaking an Ofqual regulated qualification, these recordings may also be shared with the Awarding Organisations external quality assurance team.
