We never share your information with third parties unless required to do so by law. The sole exception is for Ofqual-regulated courses; in these cases, your data is securely shared with the respective Awarding Organisation exclusively to process and validate your certificate claim.
Chris Garland Training is fully registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Data Retention:

Your data is securely stored for the lifetime of your qualification, plus an additional 2 years. This allows Chris Garland Training (and the Awarding Organisation, where relevant) to verify your achievements and provide duplicate certificates in the future.
After this period, your data is securely destroyed. If your qualification does not expire, your records may be held indefinitely to maintain its validity.
Under data protection regulations, you hold a number of rights regarding your data, including the right to access your records, request amendments, or restrict processing.
